The Helix
Currently, I work as the Product Designer at The Helix, Booz Allen’s Innovation Center designing new content that is being showcased to guests who come to learn more about the capabilities and services Booz Allen has to offer. Through immersive and compelling simulations, product and capability demonstrations, and hands-on activations, guests can see how technology can transform their operations and organizations.
ShiftMed
ShiftMed is an application to connect Healthcare professionals with opportunities nationwide. My goal was to increase user adoption and retention. By conducting user testing, focus group interviews and research and designing user-friendly interface, I was able to increase customer satisfaction measured through surveys.
My Skills
UX/UI Design
Designing user interfaces for applications, websites, or other interactive media. I gather user requirements and test my ideas before collaborating with development teams.
Graphic Design
Playing with colors, images, shapes, and words to create visual content for both print and digital media.
Design Thinking
Taking a non-linear, iterative process that teams the understanding of users, the challenge of assumptions, and a redefinition of problems to create innovative solutions to prototype and test.
